Khloe was a beloved house bunny whose young human (and family) became too busy to properly care for her. They reached out to Heartland for help. While our sanctuary normally does not rescue rabbits (our Verona sanctuary lacked the proper facilities) we were happy to welcome Khloe to our new Stoughton campus. She now happily lives in our staff and volunteer center and really enjoys hanging out with our therapy participants and humane education campers.
