Playful and flirtatious - Hank is a very sweet talker. We can't wait to see how his personality blooms once he settles in to sanctuary life.
Meeting new friends, headbutting and playing with Rascal, exploring the sanctuary
Hank spent his early life chained to a bed inside of a Sheboygan apartment. He was eventually brought to a farm (he was the only goat there) and lived there until his owner was evicted from the property and Hank (along with 40+ other animals) were abandoned. Through a collaborative effort between Heartland, Madison Cat Project, the Jefferson County Humane Society and HSUS (Humane Society of the United States) all 43 animals were rescued from the property just as winter temperatures dipped into dangerous territory. At the sanctuary, Hank is warm, fed, and can focus on just being a happy and very loved goat.
