Billy was rescued and brought to Heartland when he was just about a year old. A cockfighting ring had been broken up in Wisconsin, and Billy was the lone goat found on the property, tied to a tree. Since his rescue, Billy has grown into an independent, charming and gentle leader of the goat herd.
