Visit our Sanctuary

Heartland will be closed for tours during the month of December as we move the rest of our rescued residents to our new Stoughton campus. Stay tuned for details on visiting us in Stoughton!

Public tours

Heartland Farm Sanctuary is open for public tours of our sanctuary on Saturday afternoons. Tours are 50 minutes long and are for ages 5 and up. The fee is $12/person and all guests (including kids 5 and older) must be registered one at a time.

All guests must sign our visitor waiver before arriving at the sanctuary (parents sign on behalf of their children). Find the waiver here.

Please note that public tours are 50 minutes long and involve a lot of walking, talking and manure. 🙂 We want everyone to have a fun, enjoyable and safe experience while visiting the sanctuary, and we’ve found that children do best with appropriate adult support.

Private tours

Heartland Farm Sanctuary’s private tours give you a behind-the-scenes look at sanctuary life. Private tours are 75 minutes long, which gives you extra time to spend with your favorite rescued residents and even do a special enrichment activity with an animal group. All ages are welcome on private tours. To schedule yours, please email Our private tour fees are below:

  • For groups of 1-5 people, our private tour fee is $150.
  • For groups of 6-10, the fee is $175.
