Remembering Baine…

Baine passed away on June 29, 2017. In many ways, he was the soul of Heartland. He encouraged, inspired, and brought joy to so many people in his short time on earth. His passing leaves a hole in the Heartland barn much bigger than his small body. We feel lucky to have been able to share Baine, and his inspirational story, with the world. He taught us all how to live our best lives, how to overcome obstacles, roll (literally) with the punches, and not to feel guilty about enjoying an extra snack (or two…or three!). We will never, ever forget this sweet little boy. His personality was larger than life.
