The Heartland Farm Sanctuary Barn Dance & Dinner held on Saturday, November 12th at Full Compass Systems was a fun night for families in Madison. Over 100 people showed up for this “friendraising” event and enjoyed music by Dark of the Moon Contra while dancing to dances called by Reid Miller. The kids enjoyed having their faces painted, making their own caramel apples and meeting some of the animals from the barn. Guests also enjoyed food generously donated by Whole Foods, Willy Street Co-op, Bunky’s Cafe and beer from Ale Asylum. The silent and live auctions contributed to Heartland raising over $11,000 to support our animals and youth programs.
