Frosty got his name from his ears that were frostbitten so severely, his eartips fell off. He's a tough old goat, though! Frosty was surrendered by his owner along with his brother, Jake, because she didn't have time to care for him. The two brothers grew up at a different home from their brothers, Dakota and Butch, but now they are finally all together at Heartland Farm Sanctuary.
Shy, but still likes a gentle pat from people he trusts.
